I've used this company before without issues, but this third order exposed them as nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for 'next day delivery,' yet my order, with simple Plano lenses, took from February 18th to February 24th to arrive. Trying to resolve this and get a refund for the unfulfilled service was a frustrating battle against automated bots and unanswered emails, ultimately leading to an agent abruptly ending my call. This horrific experience made me realize I needed to speak up and demand accountability.
Customer: I am absolutely furious! I paid for next-day delivery on my order placed on February 18th, and it didn't arrive until February 24th! Your site clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery," and I paid an extra $19.95 for a service I did not receive. I've tried calling, using your useless live chat bot, and emailing six times, and no one has helped me get my $19.95 refund. One agent even hung up on me! This is unacceptable customer service. CS Rep: I understand completely why you're upset, and I'm very sorry for the difficulty you've experienced trying to reach us and the lack of resolution. It sounds like our systems failed you, and that's on us. I can definitely process a full refund for that $19.95 next-day delivery fee for you right now. Customer: So, you can actually do something? Thank goodness. Please process it immediately. And tell me, why is it so impossible to speak to a real person when there's an issue? CS Rep: Yes, I am processing that refund for you now; it should reflect on your statement within 3-5 business days. We are actively working to improve our customer service accessibility, and your feedback about reaching live agents is being taken very seriously. We regret the inconvenience caused.
