I'm writing this to warn others about my truly terrible online shopping experience. It's been incredibly frustrating and honestly, I feel completely misled. I specifically paid for express shipping, expecting my order to arrive quickly, especially since my old glasses broke. Instead, it’s been a nightmare. This is a "Terrible company. I ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 rolls around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund… Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" I felt compelled to reach out to customer service again and leave this review because their promises are clearly dishonest.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. My order, placed on March 30th with express 3-5 day shipping, still hasn't arrived. My old glasses are broken, and I’ve been waiting over two weeks! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the significant delay with your order. Let me pull up your account with your order number so I can investigate the current status and see what we can do to resolve this. Customer: My order number is [Customer's Order Number]. I already got a refund for the express shipping on day 11, but that doesn’t help me see. When will I actually get my glasses? The website claims 6 days to produce them, but that's clearly false. CS Rep: Thank you for providing that. I see the production was unfortunately extended due to an unexpected component delay. Your glasses are now in the final stages of quality control and are scheduled to ship within the next 24-48 hours. I will also apply an additional discount to your next purchase as a further apology for this inconvenience. Customer: An additional discount? What good is that when I don't even have the glasses I paid for? I needed these weeks ago for my trip! This is completely unacceptable.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
